The EU is making available a total amount of €445.3 million from the 10th European Development Fund for these programmes benefiting all African, Caribbean and Pacific countries. The package include notably, in the field of health, a € 150 million contribution to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and € 20 million for increasing access to new and under-used vaccines in least developed ACP countries. In the field of climate change, the EU contributes with € 60 million to the ACP-EU Natural Disaster Risk Reduction Programme; with € 20 million to Biodiversity and Protected Areas Management (BIOPAMA) and with € 10 million for climate-smart land and water managemen.
