EU Ministers authorise the singing of the Food Assistance Convention

During the course of the last Council meeting on Foreign Affairs, ministers authorised the signing on behalf of the EU of the food assistance convention, as the latter would help to achieve the humanitarian aid objectives referred to in article 214(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
